Vor einigen Tagen wurde bei jemandem durchsucht, der auf seiner Internetseite auf ein Weblog verlinkt hatte, das wiederum einen Link zur Sperrliste auf Wikileaks gebracht hatte. Gegen den Betreiber des Weblogs selbst wird mittlerweile auch wegen der “Verbreitung von Kinderpornografie” ermittelt. Er ist zu einer Vernehmung vorgeladen worden. Die Begründung im Durchsuchungsbeschluss gegen den Weblog-Verlinker ist bemerkenswert: Aus dem Umstand, dass der Betreffende auf das Weblog verweist, in dem die Sperrliste auf Wikileaks verlinkt wird, wird der Schluss gezogen, er habe auch auf der Sperrliste verzeichnete Seiten angesurft, so dass sich Kinderpornos zumindest im Zwischenspeicher seines Computers befinden dürften.
